RUSCONI TECHNOLOGY manufactures "converting" types machines dedicated to the food, medical and pharmaceutical sectors. All the machines have a high technological content, are available in principle in working widths 600mm, 900mm, 1'200mm and are highly modular. These machines can be produced with different levels of automation in order to allow the customer to choose his personal mix between cost and automation.

APPLICATIONS

FOOD
This is all about flexible packaging dedicated to the food industry. These pouches can pack solid products (eg: olives, sweets, etc.), liquid products (eg fruit juices, water, oils, etc.) and powdered products (eg : cheeses, pie preparations, etc.).

NON FOOD
It is all about flexible packaging dedicated to different sectors ranging from the chemical for domestic use (eg: detergents, soaps, etc.) to the industrial one (eg: solvents, powders, etc. .), to the agricultural sectors (eg soil, fertilizers, etc.), technological (eg: electronic boards, microchips, etc.), animals (for example: cat litter preparations, etc. .), etc.

PET-FOOD
This is all about flexible packaging dedicated to the pet food sector. In these packages mainly solid products can be packaged (eg dog croquettes, cat morsels, etc.).

MEDICAL / PHARMACEUTICAL
It deals with all that concerns the sterilizable flexible packaging intended for different uses in hospital or / and ambulatory settings (eg: bags for sterilized instruments, for infusions, etc.) or to the pharmaceutical sector (eg bags for dialysis, nutrition, ..)
