The Ritebag was designed to be the most versatile machine on the market and was developed, with its standard equipment, to quickly produce (all-in-one) a wide range of bags. The Ritebag can have up to 5 unwinders and can synchronize up to 4 different printed rolls. Stand-up envelopes with folded bottoms can be produced simultaneously on two independently controlled lanes (duplex) even with the zipper. The Ritebag can use all the mono and coextruded films with sealing liner base in PE or PP, printed or neutral, always maintaining the highest production standards and an optimal welding seal.
The welds can be performed in successive phases, gradually reaching the welding temperature (the heat of the welding bars can be controlled independently), thus avoiding any consequence deriving from the useless thermal stress on the film and from the waste of energy. The Ritebag is characterized by extremely rapid setting times and ease of use thanks to the optimization of all the instruments and the intuitive software that the machine is supplied with. The high quality of materials and components, combined with innovative production methods and reduced maintenance costs, make the Ritebag a safe, economical and profitable investment.
