The Ritemed CH is a machine characterized by a servo-driven welding plate, developed to solve all production problems, especially as regards the realization of see-through bags and sterile rolls. All the parameters of the machine are constantly under control, the heating elements can be set independently, the pressure is always visible and can be easily set from the touch screen. The very rapid format changes and the ease of setting of the machine, combined with the high productivity and perfect quality are the main features of this machine.

The Chevron peelable bags (see through) can be produced using aluminum films, medical paper, LDPE, HDPE, Tyvek® and combined materials. Thanks to the special medical package, tested for the cleanroom environment and to an innovative software, equipped with severals reporting capabilities, the machine is constantly under control for customer validation.
